Biography

Kyle is a senior undergraduate student at UCSD, studying NanoEngineering with a minor in Business. Kyle’s research focuses on Molecular Dynamics simulations of novel DNA nanoparticle systems as a new approach to targeted drug delivery. By measuring the binding energy of these systems, one can find the most ideal comformations and compositions of the base pair sequences to create the most stable carriers. He has also been active in his communities, serving as president of the National Society of Black Engineers at UCSD for the past two years. Kyle is currently applying to PhD programs in mechanical engineering, where he hopes to focus on nanorobotics.
